Paying cash on delivery has a charge of 1,50 euro and is available only in Greece. Payment will be collected at the time of delivery by the driver. Please ensure that someone will be present to sign and pay for the delivery.

  1. BANK TRANSFER

Bank transfer to the bank account provided by AVANI in the event that the customer does not have a credit card or has problems placing the order on the payment gateway.

In this case, the customer must send the bank transfer receipt and wait for the corresponding amount to arrive at the bank account provided by AVANI. After having received the corresponding payment, AVANI will proceed to issue and send the invoice to the customer. The invoice will be sent once the order is fully paid. The payment of your order by Bank Transfer is easy and secure. Remember to indicate the “Order No.” in the subject of the bank transfer. The absence of this reference could cause delays. Due to the delay time of bank transfers, we cannot avoid the possibility of running out of the ordered product while waiting for the payment. SHIPPING TO GREECE

We offer free shipping on orders above 60,00 euro within Greece. Shipping cost for all orders below 60,00 euro is 5,00euro per order. Most orders ship out within 1-2 working days of ordering pending credit verification. We are working with ACS Courier. Once your order has been shipped, we estimate delivery within 1-3 business days of its ship date, depending on your exact location.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. No orders are processed or shipped on the weekends or national holidays.

Question INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Question ORDER CANCELLATION/ MODIFICATION:

Question RETURN POLICY
AnswerIf for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange or refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag and original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for items that have been labelled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description.

The seller, Avani, reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
